The Problem
Insite needed a flexible support partner to provide detailed analysis, programme management and development resources and mobilise at short notice. Insite won a contract from an Electricity major to create a solution to run a pilot in Smart Metering which involved large number of households and enterprise data management. Solution had time to market constraints and integration needs.

IONIT addressed the Insite requirements by freeing up its three of its senior engineers on a flexible basis and mobilizing development resources of its partner company in India to carry out more of the routine activities.
