What is Business Process Automation?
Business process automation, or BPA, is the process a business uses to contain costs. It consists of integrating applications, cutting labour wherever possible, and using software applications throughout the organisation.
How do we do it?
We analyse a client’s current situation and the desired end point; we review existing systems, we understand the existing skillset of IT personnel and we become familiar with an organisation’s future objectives. We then use this information to help our client’s define either entirely new processes or update existing ones.
